Rental Agreement for Glamourental
Effective Date: Jan 1 2023
Thank you for choosing Glamourental.com (the "Website"), operated by Glamourental Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By renting Products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
(1) General; Rental Not Purchase; Adult Agreement Required
This Agreement governs the rental of Products from Glamourental. You acknowledge that you are renting the Products and that ownership remains with Glamourental. We rent only to adults, and if you are under 18 years of age, you may rent Products with the involvement and approval of your parent or legal guardian. We generally limit rentals to four (4) Products per customer at any time.
(2) Rental Fees; Credit Card Authorizations; Cancellations
The rental fee ("Rental Fee") and delivery charges are listed on the Website at the time of your order. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the Rental Fee immediately upon rental order submission. Orders cannot be canceled once submitted and paid for.
(3) Delivery & Shipping
We strive to deliver Products by the specified date, except where noted otherwise during your order process. Colors and styles of Products may vary slightly from photos on our Website. Our liability for delivery issues is limited to timely delivery or a refund of the Rental Fee (excluding delivery charges), as determined by us.
(4) Sizing Return
If a Product does not fit, you may return it within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us via email for a Return Authorization and return the unworn Product. We'll replace it with another outfit of your choice or issue a credit for the Rental Fee (excluding shipping charges), provided the Product is unworn and in our discretion.
(5) Use of Our Products and Your Responsibilities
Upon delivery, you are responsible for receiving Products at the specified location. We recommend a Secure Shipping Address where someone can receive the package. Glamourental is not liable for Products left unattended due to an insecure shipping address, which may cause delays and additional fees.
Products are rented "AS IS." You agree to handle them with care, assuming responsibility for loss, damage, or destruction (except normal wear and tear).
(6) Return of Products
Return Products in the provided Return Packaging by the specified return date on the Website. Extensions are subject to availability and require pre-payment. Late returns incur a daily fee of $25 until the Retail Value of the Product is reached. If Return Packaging is lost, you must replace it to return the Product.
(7) Collections
Failure to pay amounts owed may result in collection actions. You agree to cover costs associated with collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
(8) Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your rental privileges for breach of this Agreement or at our discretion.
(9) Limitations of Liability
Glamourental is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from Product use. You assume sole responsibility for any claims or damages during the rental period.
(10) Made to Order Rental-
If customer is placing an order from our made to order catalog that means it is specially made for her/him. And it can’t be canceled in any condition.
(11) Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Glamourental regarding its subject matter, superseding all prior agreements. We may modify or terminate this Agreement with notice. Waivers or unenforceable provisions do not affect other terms. Force majeure events may excuse performance.
