If it is made to order, the outfit will take at least 4 weeks to ship.
If fitting is required, it will take 2 days to alter and ship.

We know how much you love our outfits - and we want you to treat as if they were your own, when you rent them! That is why we require a small security deposit from you at the time of availing the rental.
At GlamouRental, we understand that routine wear and tear of any outfit is not only natural, but unavoidable. However, if we find significant damage to the outfit which is not repairable by our dry cleaning process, then we will have to charge you to restore it and this usually comes from the security deposit! Of course, what we charge you will depend on the nature of the damage, which if major, and something a little effort from us can't fix, then as per our policies, the customer is entitled to pay the full value of dress.
The security deposit will be charged to you at the time of checkout. After the outfit passes the quality check on its return, we will return the same deposit back to you, based on the payment mode, as follows:
Online Payment: We will credit back the same amount in your bank account.
Credit card: You'll receive the same amount in your credit card.
Paypal: We can send your deposit through Paypal.
Giving you an outfit you can shine in (literally) is what we hope to do! So, every outfit rented from us, is dry cleaned upon return… which means you will get a sparkling, good as new outfit when you rent it next time!
If the outfit you ordered doesn't fit you, please call us and we will send you another new outfit by overnight delivery.
Rest assured that we always do our best to provide you with the most accurate sizing and are always available to answer any questions you might have about specific measurements. We also provide complimentary back-up sizes in case the size you ordered doesn't work out or is not comfortable enough for you. This also accounts for why we do not provide refunds on any orders.
If you ever need to delay or are not able to return an outfit as originally planned and agreed upon, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can, to avoid being charged late fees. If the outfit cannot be returned within the pre-determined date, we reserve the right to charge your card accordingly at an average rate of $30 dollars for every day after pre- determined return date, which will be charged to you on top of the initial rental fee.
If the rental dress is shipped back to us after the due date, then there will be a late fee charged per day, for every day of delay. The late fee is usually anywhere between $20-$50 depending on the dress and the value of your rentals. You will be notified about the same, should such a situation ever arise.
You must contact customer service at email@example.com in order to cancel your rental purchase. If you cancel within 10 days of the rental date, then we can give you store credit and that will be valid for one year from the date of your cancellation. If it is a made-to-order outfit and we have already begun the process of making it, then cancellation is not possible.
This… is a tough one. Some sarees come along with a blouse while others do not so a separate purchase or rental is required. However, petticoats are not included in the purchases or rentals.

Yes, if you wish, you can rent for a day. Unfortunately, you will be charged for the cost of a three-day rental (which is the minimal rent period).
As a rental customer, you agree to pay for damages to the outfit (ex: stains, burns, and tears). We use the same dresses for multiple rental orders, and if an outfit comes damaged, we incur a cost for it. Normal wear and tear is expected, of course, but anything major will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
