1. How does renting with [Your Company Name] work?

At Glamourental, renting is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the items you love, choose your rental period, and proceed to checkout. We'll deliver the items to your doorstep, ready to wear. Once your rental period is over, simply return the items using the provided return packaging.

2. What if the rented item doesn't fit or I don't like it?

We understand that fit and style preferences can vary. If the rented item doesn't fit or you're not completely satisfied with it, please notify us immediately. Or contact us for assistance. We offer free exchanges or credits for future rentals, subject to our return policy.

3. How long can I rent an item for?

Rental periods vary depending on the item and your preferences. Most rentals are available for 3 or 7 days, but we also offer longer rental options for special occasions. You can select your preferred rental period at checkout.

4. Can I cancel or modify my rental order?

You can cancel or modify your rental order up to 24 hours after the placing the order.  Simply contact us with your request, and we'll assist you accordingly. Please note that cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before the delivery date may incur fees.

5. What happens if I return an item late?

If you return an item late, a late fee of $25 will be charged. This fee applies to returns that exceed the rental duration plus shipping time, with an additional day included. Please ensure to return items promptly to avoid late fees.

6. Do you offer insurance for rented items?

Yes, we offer optional insurance coverage for rented items. This insurance provides coverage for minor damages and stains. However, it does not cover significant damages or loss of the item. We highly recommend opting for insurance for added peace of mind.

7. How do I care for rented items?

Each rental comes with care instructions to help you maintain the item's quality and condition. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper care and handling. If you have any questions about caring for a specific item, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

8. Can I purchase a rented item if I love it?

Yes, we offer the option to purchase select rented items if you fall in love with them! Simply contact us to inquire about purchasing the item, and we'll provide you with pricing and availability details.

I am not able to place my order.

If I am confused about what to wear, can someone help me?

Of course! As much as we love finding and curating these dresses, we also love styling them for you! Just reach out to us at 1-640-216-6233for an appointment, and our stylist will be more than happy to help you to pick the perfect outfit on your special occasion.

Is my outfit cleaned after the previous rental?

Giving you an outfit you can shine in (literally) is what we hope to do! So, every outfit rented from us, is dry cleaned upon return… which means you will get a sparkling, good as new outfit when you rent it next time!

What is a security deposit?

At GlamouRental, we value your love for our outfits and want you to enjoy them as if they were your own while you rent them! To ensure the continued quality and upkeep of our rental items, we require a small security deposit from you at the time of availing the rental.

We understand that normal wear and tear on any outfit is natural and unavoidable. However, in the event of significant damage to the outfit that cannot be repaired through our standard dry cleaning process, we may need to utilize a portion of the security deposit for restoration. The amount deducted from the security deposit will depend on the nature of the damage. If the damage is severe and cannot be remedied with minor efforts, as per our policies, the customer may be responsible for paying the full value of the dress.

Rest assured, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings, and any deductions from the security deposit will be communicated to you promptly and clearly.

I’m still a little worried about the security deposit.

Hey… You, have nothing to worry about! The security deposit is 100% refundable and you’ll have it once we get the outfit back. So, just go ahead and rent freely to your heart’s content!

If you’d like some details, we collect 20-30% as security deposit for the outfits on rentals. The exact amount, based on the price of your rental, will be displayed at the time of checkout and called “refundable” in your cart value.

The security deposit is just an assurance that we will get our outfits back in good condition. While we understand the normal wear and tear that usually happens through use, for any major damage, we just want to cover our outfits and their likely repairs through the deposit

What if there are Accidental Stains or Damages to the Outfit I rent?

At GlamouRental, we understand that routine wear and tear of any outfit is not only natural, but unavoidable. However, if we find significant damage to the outfit which is not repairable by our dry cleaning process, then we will have to charge you to restore it and this usually comes from the security deposit! Of course, what we charge you will depend on the nature of the damage, which if major, and something a little effort from us can't fix, then as per our policies, the customer is entitled to pay the full value of dress.

What if the outfit I choose doesn’t fit me?

If the outfit you ordered doesn't fit you, Please contact us ASAP and we will send you another outfit or Rest assured that we always do our best to provide you with the most accurate sizing and are always available to answer any questions you might have about specific measurements. Our dresses comes with extra stitches (which can be removed) in case the size you ordered doesn't work out or is not comfortable enough for you. 

What is the policy for late returns?

If you ever need to delay or are not able to return an outfit as originally planned and agreed upon, please inform us at support@glamourental.com as soon as you can, to avoid being charged late fees. If the outfit cannot be returned within the pre-determined date, we reserve the right to charge your card accordingly at an average rate of $20 dollars for every day after pre- determined return date, which will be charged to you on top of the initial rental fee.

How do I cancel my purchase?

You must contact customer service at support@glamourental.com in order to cancel your rental purchase. If you cancel within 24 hours of your order then we will issue the full refund or else can give you store credit and that will be valid for one year from the date of your cancellation. If it is a made-to-order outfit and we have already begun the process of making it, then cancellation is not possible.

Does Saree rental include the blouse and petticoat?

This… is a tough one. Some sarees come along with a blouse while others do not so a separate purchase or rental is required. However, petticoats are not included in the purchases or rentals.

What if I want to purchase an outfit that has been rented before?

Well, you’re in luck, because you can then buy it at a discounted rate! Please reach out to us via an email and we will give you the best available rates.
