Rental Agreement

  1. Agreement Overview:
  • This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Glamourental ("Lessor") and the individual or entity renting the items ("Lessee"). By completing the rental process, the Lessee agrees to abide by the terms set forth herein.
  1. Rental Items:
  • The Lessor agrees to rent the items selected by the Lessee as detailed in the order confirmation.
  1. Rental Period:
  • The rental period begins on the date the item is received by the Lessee and ends on the specified return date.
  1. Customer Obligations:
  • The Lessee is responsible for:
    • Care and maintenance of the rented items.
    • Returning items in their original condition, free from damage or excessive wear.
    • Promptly notifying the Lessor of any issues with the items upon receipt.
  1. Return Conditions:
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • The Lessee is responsible for securely packaging items for return to prevent damage.
  1. Damage Fees:
  • If items are returned damaged, stained, or excessively worn, the Lessee will incur additional charges based on the extent of the damage:
    • Minor damage: $50 Per dress
    • Moderate damage: $75 Per dress
    • Major damage/replacement: Full cost of Dress
  1. Late Return Policy:
  • Items must be returned by the specified due date. A late fee of [$25] per day will be charged for overdue items.
  1. Payment Terms:
  • All rental fees and applicable charges must be paid in full at the time of order confirmation. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  1. Strict Cancelation Policy:
  • Non-refundable items: Specify which items (Our Clearance items are final sales and it is AS IS) are non-refundable.
  • Return eligibility: State that returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return Window: Return Window: If there is a sizing or quality issue, customers must inform Glamourental’s customer service at support@glamourental.com as soon as the item is received. As these are rental items, to be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned within 24 hours of delivery Time limits
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction
  1. Acknowledgment of Terms:
  • By checking the box at checkout, the Lessee acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this rental agreement and agree to be bound by them.

🔒 Chargeback & Rental Fraud Policy

At Glamourental, we are proud to deliver high-quality, designer Indian wear rentals with elegance, ease, and trust. To protect our customers and our business, we have implemented a strict policy to prevent rental abuse and chargeback fraud.

We understand the importance of your special occasion, and we go above and beyond to ensure that each item is prepared, documented, and delivered in excellent condition. In recent times, we have seen an increase in false claims and post-usage chargebacks, which violate the spirit and terms of our rental service.

🛑 Please read carefully:
✅ Product Acceptance
Wearing or using a rented outfit is considered acceptance of its quality, condition, and satisfaction.

Any concerns about fit, damage, or quality must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, along with clear photo documentation.

⚠️ Chargebacks After Use
Submitting a chargeback or refund request after wearing the outfit is classified as rental fraud.

All rental orders are protected with time-stamped photographs, shipping and delivery records, and customer communications.

💼 Legal Action & Collections
False or fraudulent chargebacks will be actively disputed with your payment provider and may result in:

Permanent account ban

Reporting to third-party collections

Legal proceedings for recovery of loss and damages
