RETURN POLICY (Updated April 2025)

At Glamourental, we understand that fit is important. However, due to the nature of fashion rentals, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues. We provide detailed measurements and are happy to assist you before placing your order. If an item does not fit, you may return it within 24 hours of delivery for store credit, minus a $15 restocking and cleaning fee. The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for items returned worn or damaged.

🚚 Delivery Delays or Damaged Products:

If your outfit arrives damaged or significantly delayed due to carrier error, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt with photos. We’ll assess the situation for a potential full refund or alternate solution.

Returns will only be accepted if the outfit is unworn, unaltered, and returned with tags and packaging intact. If there's any sign of wear (e.g., deodorant stains, perfume), refund/store credit will be denied.

  • Use our detailed size charts before ordering.

  • If you are between sizes, consider ordering one size up or contacting us for temporary alterations (if available).

🧵 Made-to-Order Outfits

  • Made-to-order outfits are custom-prepared specifically for you and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return under any circumstances.

  • This includes items requiring special sizing, custom embroidery, or any alterations.

  • We recommend reviewing your size carefully and booking a virtual fit consultation if needed.

🏷️ Clearance & Final Sale Items

  • All clearance, sample sale, or final sale items are sold as-is and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • These items are heavily discounted. And comes ASIS. It will be gently worn.
