At Glamourental, we strive to provide you with the best rental experience possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your rental, we're here to help.

Return Window and Conditions


Customers must return rented items by the day following the end of the rental period. For example, if an item was rented for 3 days, it should be returned on the 4th day. Before returning, customers are required to report any faults or defects in the product. All returned products must be in unused condition, with tags intact, and free from damage to embellishments such as beads, sequins, or thread work.

If any case, if its delayed by courier company then it is customer's responsibility to inform the same day of the delivery that they didnt receive the product and if they dont want they need to return it within the 24 hours of window to get full refund.

If you find any issues with a product, please contact us for a return authorization before initiating the return process. We request pictures of any damages or fitting issues to facilitate the Return Authorization.

Late Fees: A $25 late fee will be charged if rented items are not shipped back on time. This late fee applies to returns that exceed the rental duration plus shipping time (2-7 days), with an additional day included.

Refunds

Refund Processing: Refunds for returned products will be issued based on the original payment method. The amount will be refunded to the account used for the initial transaction. Our aim is to process refunds within 25 working days upon receiving and verifying the returned product's condition.

Damaged Products: Please note that no refunds will be provided for products returned in a damaged condition. This policy is strict and non-negotiable in the event of damage to rented items. Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper care and handling of rented products to avoid any damages.

Security Deposits: Security deposits may not be returned under certain circumstances, such as initiating a chargeback against us. It is crucial to contact us before considering a chargeback to address any concerns or issues. Additionally, if a product is damaged by the customer, the security deposit will not be refunded.
