## Return Policy and Refunds at Glamourental

### Return Window and Conditions

Customers are required to return rented items by the day immediately following the rental period. For instance, if an item was rented for 3 days, it must be returned on the 4th day. Prior to returning, customers need to report any faults or defects in the product. All returned products must be in unused condition, with tags intact, and no damage to embellishments like beads, sequins, or thread work.

### Return Procedure

If a customer finds any issues with a product, they must contact us for a return authorization before initiating the return process. We require pictures of any damages or fitting issues to process a Return Authorization. Failure to return items promptly after receiving authorization will result in the forfeiture of the rental refund. However, the security deposit will still be eligible for refund.

### Refund Process

Refunds for returned products will be processed based on the original payment mode. The amount will be refunded to the account used for the payment. We aim to process refunds within 25 working days upon receiving and verifying the returned product's condition.

### No Refunds for Damaged Products

Please note that no refunds will be provided for damaged products. This policy is strict and non-negotiable in case of damage to the rented items.

### Security Deposit Conditions

Security deposits will not be returned under specific circumstances, such as initiating a chargeback against us. It's crucial to contact us before considering a chargeback. Additionally, if the product is damaged by the customer, the security deposit will not be refunded.

### Late Fees

There will be a $25 late fee if the rented items are not shipped back on time. This includes the finishing of the rental duration plus shipping time (2-7 days) with an additional day.
