We hope that you will love every dress and enjoy your experience with us. We understand that sometimes the gorgeous dress you’ve been waiting for doesn’t quite fit. In that case, refer to our easy and smooth refund policy for items that need to be returned or exchanged.

To Buy

We, at Glamourental, curate the dresses to fit your fashion needs. To help you fit in your favorite dress, we offer custom sizing on most of our dresses.

Our custom-sized dresses are tailored specifically to fit your size and cannot be reused for other orders. We recommend you to ensure the given measurements and color choice before confirming the order. Speak to us over our chat.

We offer limited alterations reimbursement for minor adjustments. Email us the picture of your receipt and order number, if you find your product needs minor tweaking and alterations.

Refunds are not entertained unless there are manufacturing defects . Incase of which you will have to contact us immediately within 1 day of the receival of your dress and return the dress within 7 days.

Once received, we follow the quality check process and the customer care team at Glamourental.com will update on refund or exchange.

Products bought on discount are considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

To Rent

Customers need to inform us immediately if the rented-out dresses turn out faulty. Give us a call or send us an email along with a picture (if necessary).

In case of lacking from our side, we provide you with an alternate piece free of cost to rent or issue you the refund.

Length of the product cannot be cut in any circumstances. The product makes your security deposit non-refundable in case of damage.

Dresses are altered specifically to fit your size if customer chooses wrong size then glamourental is not responsible.

Refunds are not accepted on made-to-order dresses.

A slight variation in the Product is to be expected from the Photographed images. Orders can't be refunded based on that.

In case of damage from customers, they are responsible for paying the full price of the product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in any circumstances.

In case of Discount :

 In case of a discounted product. Your refund shall be calculated based on the actual price paid for the security deposit and rental order.  Any clarity needed regarding that can be coordinated with our team at mail@glamourental.com

REFUND

How much time do I have to return the items?

Customers need to return the product from their rental window. If they rented the item for 3 days, they need to return that on the 4th day. The order item will be returned on the next day of the rental period. You need to report first if you find any faulty products and then return it. Products returned must be in their unused condition. Tags must not be removed. Beads, Sequins, thread work must not be spoiled at any place. Kindly share the image of the product, product tag and invoice in case of color mismatch or damaged product.

Once the product is received at our end, It will undergo our internal quality check. We will check if the product is unused or unaltered during the internal quality check. Once the product is verified, we will make the refund as soon as possible.

How do I get refund for the returned products?

Refund will be processed on the basis of payment mode used while placing the order.

Payment will be refunded back to the account from which you made the payment.

How much time does it take to get refund?

Refund will be processed as soon as possible. We, at Glamourental, aim to process the refunds within 25 working days.

If customer find problem with product?

If the customer finds any issue with the shipped product, they immediately have to email or call to get a return authorization. Without that, we won't issue the refund. Also if you find a product is defective or with any problem we need to see the picture first. Then only we will issue a Return Authorization. The orders have to be shipped immediately after Return Authorization, in case of failure to send them back till your rental duration is completed. You will forfeit the refund on the rental. you will still be eligible to get your security deposit back. Customer can email the pics of damage or fitting issue they can send a picture on the mail@glamourental.com email.

Under What circumstances will my security deposit be not returned back to me?

  • In case of a charge back against us. You will automatically be forfeiting your security deposit. To avoid this, connect with us before you file a charge back. Once the charge back is approved by the bank. We will not consider any requests against security deposit.
  • If the product is damaged by you.

How much is the late fee?

  • Late fees : There will be a 25$ late fee in case you fail to ship back the dresses on time. ( Finishing of your rental duration + shipping time (2-7 days ) + 1 Day )
