Shipping Policy-

Once the order is placed you will get a confirmation email within 24 hours. 

Store pick-up:

  • Customers in New Jersey are welcome to pick-up and drop off their rental clothing at the store. 
  • An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
  • For this prior appointments need to be done. Call732-986-4011 for any questions.
  • Our products are generally ready within an hour during store hours.

Shipping Across the US:

  • Once the order is placed and needs size modification,  it will take 4 days to alter and ship. 
  • Shipping cost ranges from$10 - $20.
  • Ready to ship products will be delivered in 2 days.
  • Custom made orders can’t be refunded.
  • Some products may take 4-6 weeks to be delivered.
  • If the customer finds any issue with the shipped product, they immediately have to email or call to get a return authorization. Without that, we won't issue the refund. 
  • If you find a product is defective or with any problem we need to see the picture first. Only then, we will issue a Return Authorization. 
  • Customers can email the pics of damage or fitting issues they can send a picture on email.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) using UPS service. 

UPS usually delivers in standard 2 - 7 working days. 

The shipping fee of $9.99- $20.00directly linked to the UPS Carrier services and ship only domestically.
