Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy-

Once the order is placed you will get a confirmation email within 24 hours. 


Store pick-up:

  • Customers in New Jersey are welcome to pick-up and drop off their rental clothing at the store. 
  • An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
  • For this prior appointments need to be done. Call  732-986-4011 for any questions.
  • Our products are generally ready within a day during store hours. 
  • STORE PICKUP LOCATION - 10 Jade Dr, Morganville, NJ 07751, United States 

 

Store Drop:

  • You can return your order items at our store during weekdays working hours. 10 AM - 5PM . Monday - Friday.
  • Please leave us a call or message if we are not available.
  • We will send you a reminder to drop off clothes after your rental duration,failing which we will be charging you late fees.

Shipping Across the US:

  • Once the order is placed and needs size modification,  it will take 4 days to alter and ship for Ready to ship items. 
  • Shipping cost ranges from $10 - $20.
  • Ready to ship products will be delivered in 2-6 days based on the location.
  • Custom made orders can’t be refunded.
  • A slight variation in the Product is to be expected from the Photographed images. Orders can't be refunded based on that.
  • Some products may take 4-6 weeks to be made and delivered.
  • If the customer finds any issue with the shipped product, they immediately (within 1-2 days )  have to email or call to get a return authorization. Without that, we won't issue the refund. 
  • If you find a product is defective or with any problem we need to see the picture first. Only then, we will issue a Return Authorization.
  • Shipment delay from UPS is not responsible of the company. 
  • Customers can email the pics of damage or fitting issues they can send a picture on the mail@glamourental.com email.

* Express Delivery : Shipping charges for rush deliveries will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Returns :

We will send you a free return shipping label on your email once your rental duration is complete.

You can use that to ship back the dresses.


Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday) using UPS service. 

UPS usually delivers in standard 2 - 7 working days. 

The shipping fee of $10- $20 directly linked to the UPS Carrier services and we ship only domestically.

Late fees : There will be a 25$ late fee in case you fail to ship back the dresses on time. ( Finishing of your rental duration + shipping time (2-7 days ) + 1 Day )
