- Rent it for the specified time period.

There is a simple and easy process of renting and returning the outfit on Glamourental, following information will guide you with the same.
- Select a dress or dresses that you want to rent on Glamourental.
- Select the days for renting the outfit - You have to choose the number of days for which you want to rent the outfit.
- Check the days of availability – To find the dates the outfit will be made accessible to you, click on the Date of Delivery. You can pick one and proceed.
- XS, S, L, XL, and other sizes are indicated next to the garment so you may choose the one that best fits your body type.
- As you add the selected outfit in the cart, the security deposit amount will get added to the Grand total.
- After checking everything you can proceed to pay and your outfit will be ready to deliver to you.
- The dress will be delivered in accordance with the specified address by the time. Team will co-ordinate with you for any additional details.
- You will receive a reminder and return label for the dress, allowing you to remember to pack it and send it back.
- Make sure to deliver the garment back in a timely manner to prevent paying any additional late fees.
- The work is now complete. Glamourental will assess the quality of the returned dress before returning the security deposit to your bank account.
- The ready to ship products will be shipped within 3-4 days. And the made to order products will take at least 3-4 weeks to deliver.
The made to order outfit are the customized brand new outfits that are made on order request by the customer.

The process is described in detail above. Within 24 hours of placing the order, you will receive a mail with an order confirmation.
It will take 4-6 weeks to ship an order that has been made to order. If fitting is necessary, your order will be altered and shipped in 2 days. You can decide to rent the costume for anywhere between 3 - 7 days.

You don't need to worry, because at Glamourental we only want our customers to wear the glamour. Every outfit is dry cleaned at Glamourental following each rental procedure, ensuring that the next customer receives an outfit that is spotless and ready to wear just like a brand new outfit.
As the outfit is rental, the customer is accepted to take good care of it as it is their own. But if any damage is caused to the outfit then it will be restored using the security deposit; however, if the damage is significant and unavoidable, then according to the Glamourental policies the customer must accept full responsibility for the damage and pay the required amount.
However, such situations are rare, so you shouldn't be too concerned; instead, strive to take as much care of the attire as possible.
Security deposit is the cost that is expected to be paid while renting an outfit, as for the security of the outfit, just in case anything happens to the outfit. If we discover any damages then this security deposit will help us to deduct the cost of the damaged product. The Value will be charged according to the nature of the damage; if it is severe and beyond our ability to repair, the buyer is required to pay the full cost of the dress under our policies.
After passing the quality check of the returned product the security deposit will be added to your bank account as it is through any mode mentioned.
If in case you are not able to return the outfit on the date planned before, then you can immediately contact us via email - mail@glamourental.com. When your outfit is delayed to return, then you will be charged $30 everyday after the return date is passed. This late fees will be charged upon the original rental fees.
