     Yes, we offer custom stitching and alteration services. You can submit your measurements at checkout or contact our team for assistance.

  3. Can I order a lehenga or saree in a custom color or design?
     Some of our designs can be customized. Please reach out to our support team with your requirements before placing the order.

  4. What sizes are available for your outfits?
     We offer standard sizes from XS to XXL. Custom sizing is available for select products.

  5. Do you ship internationally?
     Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery time and charges may vary depending on the destination.

  6. How long does it take to deliver bridal or made-to-order outfits?
     Bridal and customized outfits may take 3-5 weeks for delivery. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event.

  7. What is your return or exchange policy?
     We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Customized or stitched products are not eligible for return.

  8. Are your outfits ready-to-wear or semi-stitched?
     We offer both ready-to-wear and semi-stitched options. Please refer to the product description for details.

  9. How do I know which size will fit me best?
     You can refer to our detailed size chart provided on each product page or contact our stylist for help with sizing.

  10. Do you have a bridal collection in-store for trial?
     Currently, we are an online store. However, we do offer video consultations and can assist you in selecting your bridal outfit virtually.

  11. What materials do you use in your bridal and party wear collections?
     We use premium fabrics like silk, velvet, georgette, net, organza, and chiffon with hand-embroidery, sequins, zari, and stonework.

  12. How should I take care of my Indian outfit after use?
     We recommend dry cleaning only and storing in a garment bag away from direct sunlight to preserve color and embroidery.

  13. Can I get matching accessories with the outfit?
     Yes, many of our outfits come with matching dupattas or accessories. You can also browse our accessory section for coordinated pieces.

  14. Do you offer discounts on bulk or bridal party orders?
     Yes, we provide special pricing on bulk orders or coordinated bridal party outfits. Please contact us for a custom quote.

  15. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
     Cash on Delivery is available on select locations in USA  for orders below a certain value. T&C apply.

  16. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
     Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts.

  17. Do you offer styling assistance for weddings and special events?
     Yes, our in-house stylists are happy to help you curate the perfect look for your occasion. Schedule a free styling consultation.

  18. Are your outfits suitable for non-Indian customers or fusion styling?
     Absolutely! We offer contemporary and Indo-Western styles like crop tops with skirts and fusion gowns perfect for global events.

  19. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
     In case of damage or a wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  20. How often do you launch new collections?
     We update our collection seasonally and also launch exclusive festive and bridal lines throughout the year.
