Route Policy

What is Route Package Protection?

A: Route Package Protection is shipping insurance that covers your Glamourental order while it’s in transit. This includes protection if your package is lost, misdelivered, stolen, or damaged (for example, if it’s left out in the rain).

Why is Route Package Protection added to my order?

A: We automatically add this low-cost delivery insurance to protect your order—and give you peace of mind. Shipping issues such as lost, misdelivered, or damaged packages are unfortunately increasing, and this insurance ensures your order is covered. Customers may remove Route Package Protection before completing checkout, but please note that Glamourental will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage if Route coverage is declined.

How do I make a claim with Route?

A: Route claim links are included in your order and shipping confirmation emails. You’ll also receive a separate email from Route with your Route Order Number (your insurance policy number) and a link to file a claim quickly online. You can also go directly to https://claims.route.com/
to submit a claim. You’ll need your Glamourental order number and the email address used at checkout.

Can I make a claim with Route for a refund?

A: No. Route claims are for replacement orders only. Refunds are not issued through Route.
