However, if we find significant damage to the outfit which is not repairable by our dry cleaning process, then we will have to charge you to restore it and this usually comes from the security deposit! Of course, what we charge you will depend on the nature of the damage, which if major, and something a little effort from us can't fix, then as per our policies, the customer is entitled to pay the full value of dress.
